Terms and Conditions: Participation is at the sole liability and risk of participants. Danceation, its owners, affiliates and partners hold no responsibility for any risks that may result from downloading or using the content offered on this site for any purposes, including participation in our proprietary fitness programs. By registering, purchasing, participating or consuming any of the content provided on this site, you agree and provide explicit consent and acceptance of these terms and conditions and accept all personal liability.

Welcome to Live Streaming Classes! We will be offering new workouts every Tuesday and Thursday at noon PST as well as pre-recorded Danceation, Barre and other classes. The suggested charge for participation is $10, however, if you are in a situation where you are unable to pay the full amount, feel free to pay what you are able to pay even if it is zero. Thank you!

After some behind the scenes work in the Danceation Streaming Studio, we believe that we can now offer a truly LIVE experience. If technical issues arise during the session and we need to stop Live Streaming, the new content will be posted to the website as soon as possible, and always within 24 hours.

During the Live Streaming session all participants will be muted and have their video screens turned off to avoid any unwanted interruptions to the workout.

If you experience issues with Zoom during the session, you can access the Zoom Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).

You do not need a Zoom account to participate. If you have never used Zoom before, you may want to set up your session by connecting to the link well before the live session and follow the instructions provided by Zoom.

If you join the meeting before we go live, please be patient. You will be sent into a Virtual Waiting Room until the Live Streaming begins at 12:00pm PDT on Tuesdays and Thursdays!

We aim to meet you where you are at - everyone can dance, make it your own! This is a reminder to work out responsibly by selecting the exercises that are appropriate for your health and fitness level. If you are finding the exercises too challenging, lower your level of effort. It is the responsibility of all participants to seek health advice from a medical professional before beginning any exercise program. In these times of social distancing, working out solo is not uncommon. Keep it social and keep it safe by finding a workout buddy and communicating online to share your success, your favorite moves and your post workout glow. Don’t forget to breathe! We are all in this together. You are not alone.
