Service Description
It's a core body strengthening class, that uses the elements of Ballet and Contemporary dance mixed with Pilates and Yoga. Ballet trains muscles in specific isolation exercises used by professional Dancers in order to achieve the perfect physique for their demanding performances and revitalizing the body. Heath Hunter trained at London Contemporary, He's been teaching for over 20 years. He developed his program of Ballet Workout so that everyone can do it. Allowing the non-dancer to also access the great feeling and end result that Dancers achieve with their physiques.
